With over 30 years of experience in home-building, Gill-Hudson Homes is responsible for some of the most impressive recent housing developments in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and outer London. Accredited to the National House Building Council, we combine tried and tested techniques with the very latest innovations in design and the highest quality materials to ensure that no corners are cut.
Specialising in new builds, we offer homes for every need, whether it is mixed housing developments, flats or executive homes. We also carry out barn conversions and similar transformative schemes. Our experts are always busy – with more than £20 million worth of builds in the pipeline for the 2015-16 period alone. Whatever the project, you can be sure that our Directors are a key part of the crew from the earliest stages, working closely with our team of architects and engineers to guarantee that we always build the best.

Gill-Hudson Homes is based in a newly-furbished office complex in the heart of Bedfordshire, almost halfway between Bedford and Luton. Here, our Directors can be found to meet with clients or anyone making enquiries to discuss current or future projects. If you have anything you wish to discuss face to face, feel free to drop by.
Fielden House, where the offices are located, is the perfect demonstration of our commitment to combining the best traditions of British housebuilding with the latest construction techniques. The structure has long been listed by the former Department of the Environment as a Grade II building of special interest. The original property was built in the 17th century and the main structure itself has been dated to the later 18th and 19th centuries. It is made from red brick with slate roof tiles.

Our Directors David Gill and Stephen Hudson bring a wealth of experience of the building industry to their roles, while Accounts expert Carlie Coton is always available to discuss the financial side of our projects.
